What Can You Expect From Kickboxing Training In Preston?

We teach the dynamic martial art of Tang Soo Do which covers all aspects Korean Kickboxing training, including kicking, punching, blocking, sparring and fitness training.

What Are The Different Aspects Of Korean Kickboxing Training?

Kickboxing training with us here at Family Martial Arts Centre will involve training in a number of different technical aspects, including offensive and defensive skills and non-contact sparring wearing safety gear. The skills taught include
